There are a number of options to get your original artwork to you safely within the UK.
You can collect it from me at my studio.
We can personally deliver to you if you live within an hours drive. This will incur a cost for our time and fuel.
We can meet halfway. This will incur a small cost to cover our time and fuel.
A specialist fine art courier can be arranged, the cost of which will need be calculated by your postcode.
Are paintings available unframed?
Yes they are! If you are interested in, or wish to purchase a painting which is currently priced framed please contact me for the price difference because unframed artworks will be cheaper!
Due to the high risk of broken frames and the glass damaging the paintings I will only send outside of mainland UK unframed. If the painting you are interested in is priced as framed please contact me so I can quote the price without as this will be cheaper for you.
Shipping costs vary and need to be calculated so please contact me so I can work this out for you.
I have no control over the speed of delivery once they leave the studio. Timescales are often shorter, but from time to time unforeseen circumstances can delay things. I will always let you know the progress of your order and all parcels are tracked and fully insured.
Every effort is made to get your painting off to you as soon as possible, but please appreciate I am doing this solo, could be away or exhibiting.
However if you are in a hurry please let me know and I will do my best to help.
Mainland UK: Approx 1 week.
Europe: Approx. 2 - 4 weeks.
Rest of the world: Approx 4 - 6 weeks.
Paying for your artwork
Paying for your order, your payments couldn't be safer or easier!
Cheques - I accept payment by Cheques (paintings are not sent until the payment has cleared!).
Bank Transfers - yes.
Paypal - yes.
I hope you will be 100% satisfied with your investment. You order is inspected to ensure the painting and frame is of the highest quality before it is sent out.
However these are the things you need to know if you want to return your order.
Return your order within 7 business days from your order mainland UK.
(14 days for overseas purchasers).
Buyer pays for returns using a fine art courier with insurance for the full value.
Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned orders.
Artworks which are not returned in their original state will be automatically returned to you.
Your order needs to be returned using the original or same quality packaging that it was sent out to you.
If you order is damaged during delivery I will require photographic proof.
